I am at the very beginning stages of training, in fact with the covid-interruption, I would say I am a brand new beginner again. I am part of the team, as I have experience with event/retreat organisation, and am a Pilates instructor with a background as an MSK soft tissue therapist - but I am a beginner and ready to learn from Sifu Della and her amazing team!
 

I am hoping to get more strength internally and externally through training.
